Note: SLBPR never stores raw card numbers on our servers. Card payments are processed by a PCI-compliant payment partner.
Guest conduct & property rules
Guests must follow on-site rules, keep noise to a minimum, and treat staff and other guests respectfully. Damages caused by guests will be charged to the booking holder. Smoking, illegal substances, and weapons are strictly prohibited on SLBPR property.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SLBPR, its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any direct damages will not exceed the amount paid by you for the affected booking.
