Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you cancel booking you are eligible for a refund, 10% of the original amount will be retained as a cancellation fee and 90% will be refunded to the original payment method used for the booking.
Refund timeline
Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 9 business days from the date the refund is approved. The exact time for the refund to appear in your account depends on the payment method and the policies of your bank or card issuer.
Cancellation Deadline
Cancellations are not allowed within 3 days of the check-in date. Any booking canceled less than 3 days before check-in will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
