The Sri Lanka Buddhist Pilgrims' Rest (SLBPR) managed by the Sri Lanka High Commission in New Delhi is located at No. 07, Chelmsford Road, Opposite the New Delhi Railway Reservation centre. It primarily serves the purpose of providing transit accommodation for pilgrims from Sri Lanka, as well as from other countries who visit India to pay homage to the sacred Buddhist places of worship.
The Pilgrims' Rest, located very close to the New Delhi Railway Station and just 22 km away from Indira Gandhi International Airport, functions under the patronage of the High Commission of Sri Lanka in India. It is dedicated to ensuring that pilgrims experience a comfortable stay while fulfilling their spiritual journey.
