Organisation Policy — Overview
This policy sets out the terms, responsibilities and procedures that apply when an account is registered as an Organisation and is used to place bookings on behalf of multiple travellers ("group bookings"). Organisation accounts enable centralised management of guest details, bulk document uploads, billing and communication. These functions require the organiser to comply with immigration and identity verification requirements.
